Competition Terms & Conditions

Homebird Interiors Christmas Competition 2026

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Homebird Interiors Ltd, their immediate families and anyone directly connected with the administration of the competition.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry is available in person at participating Homebird Interiors stores only.
Existing Homebird Interiors mailing-list subscribers are welcome to enter but must complete the competition sign-up form in store.

To enter, customers must sign up to the Homebird Interiors mailing list using the competition form provided in store.
Only one entry per email address is permitted at each store.
Entrants may enter at more than one Homebird Interiors store. Each valid entry will be included in the individual prize draw for the store where it was submitted.
The participating stores are:
- Altrincham
- Cheadle Hulme
- Heswall
- St Annes
- Wilmslow
The competition is open from 17 September 2026.
Entries must be submitted by the relevant store’s closing time on Monday 30 November 2026. Entries received after the store has closed will not be included.
Homebird Interiors Ltd cannot accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not successfully recorded due to technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

By entering, participants agree to join the Homebird Interiors mailing list and receive news, offers and marketing emails from us.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Unsubscribing will not invalidate a competition entry that has already been submitted.
Personal information will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.

There are five prizes available: one £500 Homebird Interiors gift voucher for each participating store.
Each store will hold its own prize draw from the valid entries submitted at that store.
Each voucher will be valid for 12 months from its date of issue.
The voucher may be redeemed at any Homebird Interiors store. It cannot be used for online purchases.
The voucher may be used towards any in-store purchase, including items included in sales or promotions.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be provided as a new voucher. The original expiry date will continue to apply.
No cash or alternative prize will be offered. Homebird Interiors Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received at each participating store.
The five draws will take place during the week commencing Tuesday 1 December 2026.
Winners will be contacted directly using the email address provided when entering.
Winners must respond within seven days of the notification email. If a winner does not respond within that time, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, Homebird Interiors Ltd reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries for that store.
Homebird Interiors Ltd may ask a winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age and eligibility before issuing the prize.

Homebird Interiors Ltd reserves the right to reject entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, duplicated beyond the permitted entry limit or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Homebird Interiors Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Homebird Interiors Ltd’s decision regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants will be entitled to bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence.
