Our Furniture Guarantee

All our furniture is covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing and structural faults.

We can’t promise that furniture won’t gradually change as it becomes part of everyday life - the natural ageing, settling and gentle wear are all part of making a piece your own. What we can promise is that our furniture is made with skill and integrity, and that we’re here to help if something isn’t as it should be.

If a manufacturing or structural fault arises during the guarantee period, we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair or replacement. The guarantee does not cover problems caused by incorrect care, misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Made-to-Order Sofas

Our made-to-order sofas are covered by an extended 15-year frame guarantee, giving you added reassurance that they are made to be enjoyed for many years.

This extended guarantee applies specifically to manufacturing or structural faults affecting the sofa’s internal frame. All other elements of the sofa are covered by our standard 12-month furniture guarantee.

Stock Sofas

Our stock sofas are covered by an extended 5-year frame guarantee.

This extended guarantee applies specifically to manufacturing or structural faults affecting the sofa’s internal frame. All other elements of the sofa are covered by our standard 12-month furniture guarantee.

What Isn’t Covered?

Our guarantees apply to furniture used in a normal domestic setting. Furniture intended for commercial use must be discussed with us before ordering, as different terms may apply.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or the natural ageing of materials

  • Accidental damage or negligence

  • Burns, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks or indentations

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Damage caused by incorrect cleaning, care or assembly

  • Changes that naturally occur through use, including the settling of cushion fillings or the movement and variation found in natural materials
