The natural wax finish leaves this pattern beautifully visible and accentuates the warm tones, whilst protecting the timber. 

The substantial proportions of the Abingdon range, and refined square-post legs give this piece a reassuring sense of presence and create a natural focal point for the dining room. The 1/4 rounded edges soften both the look and feel of the table. Comfortably seating six, it’s equally at home hosting family dinners and those unhurried lunches that stretch well into the afternoon.

We think that such pieces will only improve over the years as they develop a natural patina and a character all of their own. If required the wax finish can be touched up to soften the appearance of any scuffs. And because it is made from solid wood, the table can even be sanded back and refinished many years from now, should you wish.
