Terms & Conditions
Courier Items
We use a range of well know national courier companies to dispatch smaller items across the UK, including Northern Ireland.
We aim to despatch and deliver these items within 3-5 working days. Remote postcodes may take a little longer.
Furniture Deliveries
We are able to deliver items anywhere in the mainland UK. Regrettably we are unable to ship to Ireland or overseas at present.
Our expert one- and two-man delivery teams will contact you to arrange a convenient date to deliver your items to your door.
Sofas and larger furniture items will be delivered to a room of your choice, wherever this is possible.
In addition, for most furniture items we can offer a delivery and installation service. Our expert teams will deliver and fully install your furniture into a room of your choice. We’ll even take the packaging away with us for recycling.
We aim to deliver all furniture within 7-14 days. Delivery to postcodes in Scotland and Cornwall are subject to longer lead times.

As a planet-conscious company, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint. Unless requested otherwise, we may dispatch all items together once your full order is in stock.
Made-to-order sofas and furniture pieces have longer lead times, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way and let you know as soon as your order is ready for delivery.
Furniture deliveries may take a little longer depending on our delivery team's schedule, but we’ll always keep you updated and do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Some items may have longer lead times if they are out of stock and available for pre-order.
Lead times may be slightly longer during sales or seasonal promotions.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details.
Please ensure that furniture will fit into the desired space before placing an order. For larger items, we always aim to deliver to a room of your choice. However, if an item does not fit, we cannot be held responsible, and any additional costs incurred for failed delivery and returns will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refunds issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery of furniture and larger items to Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands, or the Channel Islands at this time. However, we hope to offer this service in the future.
If you require delivery to one of these locations, we can arrange delivery to a nominated mainland GB address, such as a port (delivery charges apply depending on the location). From that point, the goods become the customer’s responsibility. We kindly ask that all items are inspected and signed for upon arrival at the nominated port by the customer or their representative before onward shipping.
